Delivery

Dispatch time:

Most orders will be dispatched within a 2-3 days of ordering (we do not ship on the weekends or Bank Holidays) Units with software or components to be fitted please allow an extra 1-2 days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

Gaming PC take a little bit longer usually is dispatched after 48h.

DPD

Just make sure you’ve given us your email address and mobile number and DPD will keep you in touch with delivery every step of the way.

DPD offer the additional facility of rearranging delivery date by email or text. On the morning that your order is due to be delivered, you will receive a text/email giving a 1hr delivery time-slot (e.g. 9:30 am to 10:30 am). If this time/date is not convenient, you can immediately postpone delivery to another date by replying to the message. 

ROYAL MAIL

First and Second class post – the most basic service and is only available for low-value orders. Please note there is no guarantee of delivery time so if a next day service is required please use DPD.
